Every day our experienced team of 1700 experts works alongside customers to assure the safety and quality of food being produced for millions of people worldwide. Our skilled staff and extensive accreditations enable us to audit, inspect, verify and certify food quality and management systems from the farm right to the supermarket shelf. Our staff currently operate in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Saudi Arabia.
This initiative relates to selecting and implementing a job* management and scheduling solution for the AsureQuality operations business units (Audit and Inspection Services, Farm and Livestock Services, Meat Industry Services and Biosecurity). The intention is to implement a web-based Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) system that will be used to manage the delivery of most services and programmes currently provided by the operations group.
* Job = A service or group of related services treated as a single unit for the purposes of invoicing a customer. Includes: Audits, Inspections, Assessments, Approvals, Evaluations, Sampling, Investigations, Quality Trace-backs, Surveillance, Verifications, Non-laboratory testing, Compliance checks, Desktop audits and Reviews. May also include internal audits.
