AgResearch requires a technology solution to enable the Idea to Impact Core Business Process.
The Idea to Impact Core Business Process:
- is the AgResearch methodology that underpins the delivery of both science research projects and internal projects
- depicts key steps and decision points to guide a project from idea/concept through execution to benefit realisation/impact
- represents a value chain encompassing the end to end process from the identification of concepts, development of opportunities for funding, proposal and contract negotiation, through project planning, execution and ultimately the measurement of long term adoption and impact/benefit realisation.
The solution will therefore enable AgResearch’s funding/revenue pipeline and the execution of project management across the organisation.
The solution will also contribute to improving portfolio and programme management, human resource management and customer relationship management within AgResearch.
