Overview
Auckland District Health Board (Auckland DHB) are going to market for a Hard Facilities Management (FM) service provider to manage and deliver Hard FM services across the Auckland DHB estate (please see attached RoI document for an indication of services required). Auckland DHB are seeking to appoint a FM provider who will be responsible for the day-to-day running and management oversight of all Hard FM delivery at Auckland DHB. This may or may not require the development and implementation of a new FM operating model.
