The ADHB utilizes a number of approved methods for the procurement of consultants. One of these methods is through the “ADHB Panel” which allows for the streamlined execution of approved projects to pre-agreed terms and methodology.
The existing ADHB consultant panel is for Architectural, Building Services, Project Management, Quantity Surveyor, Structural, Civil, Fire Engineering, ICT, Security and Nurse Call services.
The ADHB is expecting a significant increase in the volume of work in the above listed panels and anticipates that the current panel size to address the volume of work over the next five plus years may become strained. Accordingly, the ADHB will be looking to go to market to seek additional capacity in the above listed panels.
