The ADHB is looking to engage with an innovative partner, appointed as a Programme Director (PD), who brings expertise, reliability and quality to deliver a programme of works as outlined in the approved Facilities Infrastructure Remediation Programme (FIRP). The FIRP Programme includes replacement of highly critical aging and poor condition services plant and equipment, an upgrade of campus site services, central plant facilities, lifts, upgrade of control systems, identification and implementation of preventative maintenance and the standardization and integration of building services.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a major long term ADHB programme with impact to the wider regional and national healthcare sector. This project can offer an opportunity to create and foster a long term relationship, in both construction and maintenance, with one of the country’s largest employers.The role is principal in the delivery of key infrastructure initiatives and provides the opportunity to work with industry and central government to address key market constraints (resilience, health and safety, asbestos, seismic, passive fire, BIM, etc).
