Endeavour Capital, acting on behalf of Auckland District Health Board (ADHB), is seeking proposals for the Lease(s) of suitable accommodation in two Auckland suburbs for the establishment of Community Dialysis units. The lease may be of existing buildings or a new design and build. A separate RFP summary (available on request) is to form part of any proposal.
Requirement Brief
1 Location- 2 sites required (Onehunga and St Johns/Glenn Innes)
2 Accommodation
• approximately 800-900 m2
• Ground floor preferred
• Pleasant outlook and natural light
• Of acceptable seismic rating
3 Amenities
• All facilities such as secure commercial water supply, toilets, showers, entrances signage and parking to be easily accessible and suitable for people with disabilities-wheel chair access
• A clinical type hard fit out as per the accommodation schedule
• Sprinkler system and/or hose reels, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors system in accordance with the Building Code for public building’s
• All technological requirements such as computer cabling provision, telephone provision, clinical standard air conditioning, security system, power supply –back up power supply
• ACC Residential zoned sites may not be suitable.
4 Car Parking
• Minimum of 10- 15 spaces
A separate Functional Brief, a RFP Summary and Schedule of Accommodation which contains specifications, accommodation requirements, access, services required etc. is available from Endeavour Capital.
Proposals for long term lease of either or both premises with hard clinical fit out are required. Any Lease maybe for an initial 10 years with rights of renewal on the basis of the ADHB standard form of lease.

• Details of each property, lettable area, and indicative rental sought
• Access and car parking provision
• Background information on the provider –experience /history.
