Auckland District Health Board and Auckland Hospital is soliciting expression of interest for Engineering Consultancy Services for their upcoming New Powerhouse.
Preference is given to a company that could provide comprehensive engineering services that should include Architectural, Civil / Structural, Plant Design and Building Services. Engagement will cover concept to detailed design, quantity surveying, project procurement and tendering, construction attendance, and validation to hand over. Drawing documentation is expected to be in BIM / Revit and should include but not limited to 3D modelling and engineering coordination. It is expected that all layout drawings shall be accompanied by technical calculations to support their engineering rationale.
Experiences we will look for are those in Plant, Hospital and Health Care Facilities Engineering Design. We will also be looking at previous experience working on Powerhouse buildings (Energy Centres) for facilities.
