Auckland District Health Board are calling for Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced design consultants for:
1. ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
2. BUILDING SERVICES
3. ICT ( Data, security, Nurse Call etc)
4. STRUCTURAL/CIVIL SERVICES
5. QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES
6. FIRE SERVICES
7. VERTICAL TRANSPORT (Lifts)

Auckland DHB plans to refurbish an existing area to build an ambulatory Endoscopy unit at Greenlane Clinical Centre, building 16 (level 1 and 2). This is currently a vacant area with approximate GFA:1600m²
The Unit will have a reception, waiting, pre-procedure area, consultation rooms, 6 endoscopy procedure rooms, first and second stage recovery units, scope cleaning area, clinics, offices and staff support areas. Two dedicated lifts will be required to transport patients between the two levels.

Our requirement is for a separate consultant for each category who has hospital design experience, preferably with an understanding of the flows within and requirements of an endoscopy area.
1. Proven experience and track record in working on similar projects within the last three years
2. Project personnel, in particular the lead consultant/project manager who will attend design meetings and be responsible for document co-ordination within your company
3. Capability and capacity to deliver
4. Completed ADHB/WDHB Health and Safety form (attached)
5. Confirmation with copy of current PI and PL insurance
6. Confirmed project personnel to be assigned for the duration of the project
