Overview
Construction of 126m2 extension to existing building. This is a shell only. Main contractor is required to carry out service diversions, install new services, install new foundations, install new steel frame, install new wall cladding and windows, new roof, new internal services to a fixed point, as the proposed extension is located next to a very busy Ambulance bay, the contractor will be expected to maintain a robust traffic management system.
