The Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) Board are calling for Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced design consultants for:
1. ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
2. BUILDING SERVICES
3. QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES
The ADHB are considering the refurbishment of a ward within the Star ship hospital in Auckland. This will involve the upgrade of the existing patient rooms to include en-suite bathrooms, new staff facilities, new equipment rooms, new staff areas and other areas critical to the efficient running of the ward.
Due to our limited time frame, our preference is for consultants who can provide combined design services and has hospital design experience.
1. Relevant experience working in a hospital environment whilst the area is in operation
2. Project personnel, in particular the lead consultant/project manager who will attend design meetings and be responsible for document co-ordination within your company
3. References from two clients /consultants who have worked recently with the company on other contract - preferably not ADHB but in a similar environment
4. Confirmation with copy of current PI and PL insurance
5. Company structure including in house capability and resource to meet project timelines and ability to provide additional resource to meet project objectives if required
