Overview
Airways Corporation New Zealand is considering options for managing the provision of Compliance and Building Warrant of Fitness Services for Airways occupied facilities in accordance with the Compliance Schedule Statement of the section 105 of the Building Act 2004 throughout New Zealand. These options are being explored with the aim of achieving a high standard of work, consistency and cost efficiency for the provision of these services. On behalf of Airways carry out an annual inspection (including all inputs required from IQP’s) of each building (listed at Annexure B of the RFI) to ensure compliance for all items listed in the Compliance Schedule Statement of the section 105 of the Building Act.
