ACC is looking for a credible research provider who has the capability and experience to support us as we evolve our customer survey programme, and the personnel to collect survey insights on our behalf using a mixed-methods approach. We have developed a set of principles aimed at creating a programme that is efficient, effective, reusable, and adaptable. Our goal is to gather actionable insights that drive improvements in our services and support our commitment to enhancing rehabilitation outcomes, all within a framework that is financially responsible, forward-thinking, and committed to equity.
Our longstanding Voice of Customer programme has helped ACC better understand peoples’ experiences and drive better rehabilitation outcomes.
