ACC operates a fleet of Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) that are crucial for our corporate and front-line services. These devices are distributed across our sites nationwide. Recently, like many organizations, ACC has experienced an increase in remote working, resulting in a decreased usage of our MFDs. In some instances, the need for a reliable scanning function has become more significant than the printing and copying capabilities of these devices.
Additionally, ACC operates several high-speed printers specifically used to fulfil information requests, which can extend to thousands of pages.
Our current commercial agreements and fleet are nearing their expiration, prompting ACC to approach the PTAS All of Government panel of suppliers for this closed secondary tender.
