ACC intends to release the tender for the Outcomes After Injury Survey soon. The tender will close only after the Christmas/New Year holiday period.
ACC’s Outcome After Injury Survey measures the outcomes of injured clients including the return to work rate of injured workers. The survey runs quarterly with a sample of approximately 1000 clients per quarter.
Experience and expertise in Māori-centered research, including the ability to establish whanaungatanga with Māori research participants to maximise participation and engagement and having an in-house call-centre for the service provision are important to us.
