ACC purchases fully funded treatment, assessment and support services for sexual violence survivors. These are provided under the Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) contract, which expires on 23 November 2020. Current applications close for Suppliers as of 1 April 2020.
ACC intends to replace the current Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) contract with a new ISSC contract effective from 24 November 2020.
The proposed approach will include; undertaking due diligence on all incumbent Suppliers, then offering a contract to all of those that successfully pass. ACC anticipates undertaking an open market process where service gaps have been identified.
NOTE: This NOI does not cover SAATS Services, it is ISSC specific only.
