RFI - Provision of an Introductory Level Te Reo Course

ACC need a Te Reo Māori course at an introductory level. To date ACC has not had a single/preferred solution or provider delivering Te Reo Māori. The successful solution could include face-to-face, be entirely digital or a blend of anything in-between.
One of the primary business requirements is that the proposed solution should not disadvantage any staff member regardless of their geographic location, and should meet the needs of anyone anywhere within ACC wanting to learning Te Reo Māori. We want to make this as inclusive of as many ACC staff as we can in a cost-effective manner.
ACC has had great success recently with upwards of 80% of the organisation completing online modules focussed on Māori cultural capability (Te Rito).
ACC currently does not have intermediate or advanced level Te Reo course offering to our staff. However, we may consider this option in the future, but not specifically as part of this RFI.
