Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) is undergoing an incremental, multi-year business transformation to put its customers at the heart of everything it does. To do this, ACC are delivering an integrated approach across their processes, systems, technology and information.
One of the transformation projects relates to delivering transparent business rules that support consistent decision making in the business.
ACC is issuing this tender to procure the assistance of a business partner to help write Business Rules in support of its pilot within the Enterprise Business Rules (EBR) initiative. This initial engagement is for a fixed period of assistance, but business rules are an inherent part of everyday business at ACC and there is an expectation that opportunities for additional assistance are likely to be required in the years ahead.
