Auckland Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Glenhouse Extensions & Refurbishment Works
The scope of this procurement includes:
• Extension to the Male toilet space to cater for the addition of a unisex disabled toilet
• Refurbish the Female toilets
• New Male toilet facilities
• An extension to the upstairs office space over the toilet area.
• New Fire System required as part of the building upgrade
• Refurbish the Upstairs Office with new paint and carpet
• New Disabled Entry ramp & doors
• Replacement of all roof cladding (except for the new Kitchen Extension and Front Storeroom Roof
• Replacement of the remaining Brownbuilt corrugated iron wall cladding to match the areas upgraded in the Kitchen/Front Store extensions
• New Guttering & Downpipes
• Refurbishment of all external window joinery and paint
• Paint remaining External building not upgraded to date.
• Decommission old kitchen and convert space into further storage and Cleaners area.
• Upgrade Switchboard
• Complete offices built by Masada so they are habitable.
• Replace Carpets on Ground floor
• Polyurethane hall floor
• Interior Painting of all spaces not covered by the building extensions
