The Regulatory Services Agile Release Train is currently working on two Epics for Building Control. One for Customer Interactions and one for Document Management. Document management is an integral part of all Regulatory processes, especially in Building, Resource and Engineering.
We are looking to procure two components;
1. A browser-based PDF-streaming solution is the correct choice. We are open to any other technical options
2. As we receive updates to plans, we must analyse them for changes. This is a time-consuming process which we are looking to rationalise. Plan pages which are unchanged, have been previously analysed and approved, can be ignored in new version of the plan documents. There are two kinds of tools that we have found that can do construction plan comparisons, Desktop-based and Web-based.

The Purpose of this REOI is to identify the supplier who are able to provide these services. Shortlisted participants from this REOI will then be invited for a closed RFP (Tender)
The contract is anticipated to commence Feb 1 2024
