Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for Pre-Qualification of Deconstruction Panel Suppliers for Auckland Council Group.

Auckland Council Group requires deconstruction contractors to deliver a range of deconstruction services across the Auckland region.

We are seeking to establish a panel of prequalified deconstruction contractors for Auckland Council including Council Controlled Organisations (CCOs) to simplify and speed up the engagement of contractors for the project delivery of deconstruction services.

The Deconstruction Panel will consist of 3 sub-categories as below:

1. Complex deconstruction project (e.g. complex / multi disciplines deconstruction activities involved)
2. Strip / Vertical deconstruction (e.g. repurpose of non-structural building element or soft strip including the removal of fixtures, fittings and furniture etc)
3. Civil / Horizontal deconstruction (e.g. repurpose of street furniture or concrete etc)

Respond by completing and submitting the attached REOI response form (including attachments) through GETS on, or before, 4pm on Friday, 25th August 2023.
