PlaceMakers lease a site from Auckland Council at 106 Cook Street in the Auckland CBD. The yard has a retaining wall around it on the North and East sides. This retaining wall has cracked and moved, and the pavement inside the yard settled and cracked. This project is to replace the existing retaining wall and associated yard pavement areas.
