Auckland Council is seeking leased premises to accommodate its Records and Archives storage and ancillary storage for logistics.
The indicative brief is 1,500 – 3,000 sqm of open plan storage space plus 250 to 500 sqm of office space located within approximately 10km of the CBD. The lease could commence during 2022 or 2023.
Any landlord who has the ability to meet this requirement should respond. Responses are also welcome from real estate agencies presenting proposals on behalf of landlords.
A copy of the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) document and response form can be obtained from the contact person listed above.
Responses to the REOI must be provided electronically to the contact person no later than 5pm on Monday 22 November 2021.
