Auckland Council is seeking to optimise internal functions and explore process automation by leveraging tools and technologies along with our existing systems to improve efficiencies, reduce errors, provide quicker outcomes for our customers and complement our workforce.
We are looking to implement a partner to:
• review and confirm our list of potential processes and identify further opportunities for automation
• provide expertise with best approach to imbed automation while considering the impact this will have on our workforce
• design and implement three pilots in parallel with a proven return on investment (ROI) to further develop our future needs
• work collaboratively with a third-party of Council’s choosing to reskill and develop both our employees and the wider community to be prepared for the future of the workforce
