Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (ATEED), with the support of government agencies, is seeking to appoint a Supplier with the intention of providing professional event management services to plan, develop and operate a safe and successful fanzone on Auckland’s Queens Wharf during the final 2 to 3 weeks of the DHL New Zealand Lions Series 2017. Please refer to the attached document for the background and indicative scope of services to be procured.

It is anticipated that the activity will be an open single-stage market engagement.

Interested Parties are advised that:
• no further information is available at this point
• a response to this Advance Notice is not required
• a Request for Proposals is planned to be openly advertised on GETS week commencing 9th January 2017
• The RFP is expected to be open for 3 weeks
