Overview
The Closed Landfill and Contaminated Land Response Team (CLCLR) propose to procure a leachate maintenance contract for the 16 closed landfill sites with leachate management systems. This contract will standardise maintenance programs, incident response and reporting for these sites, and reduce the risk of system failure. It will also enable improved asset information to be gathered including asset condition which would inform future maintenance planning.
