Health NZ – Waitematā will be seeking proposals for a parking management system replacement across its four main sites of North Shore Hospital, Waitakere Hospital, Mason Clinic and Karaka Street Takapuna. The contractor will design, supply, install and maintain the parking management system.
The project is to replace an aged parking management system with improved technology that increases user experience, reduces vehicle leakage, reduces parking management system downtime whilst improved system reporting and infometrics capabilities.

What’s important to us:
The Principal seeks to find the most technically suitable and cost-effective solution for the supply and installation of a replaced and upgraded parking management system.

What we require is, generally but not limited to:
• Represent current technology;
• Meet all necessary approvals, certifications, and regulations requirements;
• Complete parking management system solutions;
• The requisite functionality of the parking management system match the functional requirements for equipment used in large modern retail malls and modern international airports;
• The requisite accessories, spare parts, and consumables as per the functional specification;
• The requisite safety in design, network securities and data privacies being met as per New Zealand Standards and Health New Zealand Policies.
• The capability and capacity to deliver and install the parking management systems;
• Provide the necessary warranties;
• Appropriate software licensing, connectability etc.;
• Appropriate training; and
• Ongoing support and maintenance.
