What we need and want to procure
The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA, the Department) requires a lead provider for grounds maintenance services across 6 sites in Wellington, Wanganui and Palmerston North with the potential to expand these services to cover other DIA sites nationwide. This provider will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance across the grounds and will provide 3 monthly reporting and recommendations to the Department on the standards and maintenance requirements of these grounds.
