Overview
Auckland Stadiums is the business unit of Regional Facilities Auckland Limited (RFA) that was formed in 2012 to directly manage, operate and promote Mt Smart, QBE and Western Springs Stadiums.
In accordance with RFA’s Venue Development Strategy, Auckland Stadiums has identified the opportunity to renew Western Springs Stadium to create a fit for purpose venue.
Having undertaken concept design work in early 2017, Auckland Stadiums now has the requisite funding to progress the design process and undertake specific renewal works.
Auckland Stadiums is looking to appoint a suitably qualified Architectural firm to lead a multidisciplinary design team to progress the renewal works at Western Springs Stadium.
