In preparation for the upcoming Restorative Justice (RJ) open procurement process, the Ministry is seeking information from providers in relation to delivering RJ services for one or more of the 56 court locations across New Zealand that are currently serviced by RJ delivery.
RJ is a community-based response to crime that aims to hold offenders to account for their offending and, as far as possible, repair the harm they’ve done to the victim and the community.
If you are interested in delivering RJ services, we strongly encourage you to respond to this RFI.
