Overview
Main Contractor tenders are sought for the second stage of refurbishment work at Kings High School in Dunedin. This project comprises western and eastern bathroom refurbishment along with the replacement of the Small Gym roof, and the low-level roofing between the Gym’s. A new door to the Small Gym (with access controls) and some spouting/downpipe replacement are also included in the works.
