REQUEST FOR TENDER
CON2019098 - Building Asset Service Contract 2020 - 2023 - Building General Repairs and Maintenance
Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves maintenance services ranging from responsive building maintenance and repairs, minor building project management, and building condition grading and inspection to Hasting s District Council owned public buildings and facilities. The successful contractor will be awarded a 3-year term contract with the potential for extending another 2 years.
Tenders close at 3pm Wednesday 8 April 2020 and must be submitted electronically via GETS.
A tender Meeting will be held at the Landmark Room in HDC main admin building at 10am on Friday, 27 March 2020.
