Request for Tender CON2018106 Alexandra Street AWPT (Riverslea to Sylvan)
This contract is for the reconstruction of the road pavement and surfacing in Alexandra Street between Riverslea Road and Sylvan Road. A section of the gravity sewer main is also to e renewed along with minor stormwater works and the installation of a watermain and water rider main.
** This work is being tendered as a Class 1 tender under Hastings District Council’s system for prequalified tenders. This tender has been categorised as Road Construction Complex A.
Tenderers must also satisfy Water works Complex A, Wastewater works Simple B, and Stormwater works Simple B qualifications.
Only Tenderers, who are prequalified to the above classification level, or higher, may submit a tender for this work. A copy of the prequalified Contractor list is available on request.
Enquiries regarding any aspect of the RFT’s content or the proposed Contract Works must only be submitted in writing, and not later than three working days before the tender closing date. Replies may be circulated to other prospective Tenderers.
