An experienced consultant is required to develop and implement a Community Engagement and Fundraising Strategy. The approved strategy is required by the end of January 2019, ready for implementation between February 2019 and February 2020. The main aim is to ensure the Hawke’s Bay Community are engaged and actively participate in this opportunity to raise funds for the development of the Hastings District Municipal Building.
