Tenders are invited for:
Rural Maintenance and Renewal Work is programmed in 4 wards within the Hastings District Council’s Network:
• Tutira Ward
• Kaweka Ward
• Maraekakaho Ward
• Poukawa Ward
The works involves maintenance and renewal roading activities throughout these wards. Works will be both within and outside of road reserve.
The scope of the work is fully described in the Principal’s Project Requirements in Section B.2, and includes but is not limited to the key items of work as listed below and in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT):
• Network inspection, planning, programming and reporting
• Sealed road pavement maintenance (including resealing and second coat sealing)
• Sealed road pavement renewals
• Unsealed pavement maintenance
• Unsealed pavement renewals
• Drainage including installations
• Kerb and Channel including installations
• Guardrail including installations
• Litter, mowing and vegetation control
• Street cleaning including road lanes, cycle lanes, kerb and channel and footpaths
• Traffic Services including installations
• Footpaths including installations
• Emergency Response
• Miscellaneous dayworks

a) Statement of Attributes prepared by the tenderer in accordance with:
• Section B.2.3.1-B.4.2.4
• Section B.4.2.5
b) Schedule of Compliance and Departures prepared by the tenderer using the format in Section B.4.3.
c) Schedule of Current Commitments, using the format of Section B.4.4.
d) Schedule of Sub-contractors and Suppliers using the format in Section B.4.5.
e) Schedule of Occupational Health and Safety Management Information using the format in Section B.4.7.
f) **Evidence of Quality Certification to:
