Overview
AgResearch is seeking Proposals from Contractors with suitably experienced sub-contracctors to deliver the construction of glasshouse wings and attached header house, including the provision of services that are PC2 compliant and can provide pollen containment. Under the D+C Contract the Contractor will design, construct and commission the new PC2 glasshouse facility at Palmerston North AgResearch Grasslands site. AgResearch will provide detailed design in response of certain components of the Project and the Contractor will have no design liability in respect of those components. It is expected that the Contractor will sub-contract the specialist glasshouse design and construction and services packages to a specalist in those areas.
