University of Otago – Property Services (“Property Services”) invites interested Main Building Contractors to provide a Registration of Interest (“ROI”) for the Dental School Redevelopment Project.

This ROI is the first stage of a two-stage process for selecting a Main Building Contractor to provide goods or services to the University of Otago (“the University”) as set out in the Specifications in Part C, which are to be provided to the University in accordance with the Conditions of Contract as set out in Part D (or on such terms as later advised by the University, if no such conditions are here attached).

A Party wishing to register its interest should comply with the Conditions for Lodging an Registration of Interest as set out in Part B, and complete and lodge the ROI Response Schedules set out in Part F.

This ROI is not a tender document. However, Property Services may rely on information supplied in the ROI when considering and evaluating any response to any future tender submitted by an interested party in respect to this project.
