Overview
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Proposal for providing Quantity Surveying services to deliver Otago Polytechnic Campus Development Plan. The Campus Development Plan incorporates the delivery of multiple projects across the two primary Otago Polytechnic (OP) Dunedin Sites - Forth Street (main Site) and Albany Street. We have recently completed internal consultation to identify co-location and future development synergies across schools to ensure any future development maximises collaboration benefit across the campus. This consultation has resulted in a preliminary Development Plan.
