Overview
The Ministry is developing a Central Register of Commitments (CRC) to deliver a modern, accessible, people-focused service that provides a central register for commitments arising out of settlements reached between the Crown and iwi to settle historical Treaty of Waitangi claims.
The CRC is to provide a trusted source of informaton and increased visiblity of commitments to commitment holders to support commitment management and delivery through advanced search, reporting, tracking, relevant workflow and alert functionality.
The expected outcome is that the procurement will identify a commercial off-the-shelf solution that can be adopted by the Ministry to meet its CRC needs with minimal configuration and/or customisation.
