This Expression of Interest is in relation to the proposed supply of Bereavement Care Services to Counties Manukau DHB. These services can be summarised as follows:

• management and care of Adult Deaths and Maternity Deaths following death until hand over to a funeral service
• liaison with the DHB staff and departments in relation to the deceased
• liaison with the Coroner if required
• liaison with the family, including provision of information prior to imminent death
• management of amputated limbs and tissue donation
• related management of administration and information.
